B&E Aircraft Component Repair is a division of B&E Tool Company, Inc. Our facility is located in Western Massachusetts rich in aerospace manufacturing and repair.

The repair station at B&E was established in 1993 as a means of supporting existing repair schemes and the development of new repairs (DER's) for complex aircraft components and assemblies. Our expertise stems from over 50 years of manufacturing experience. The focus of our company has always been to supply complex machined products to the aerospace industry.

Our Repair Station is staffed with highly skilled Machinists, Inspectors and Engineers ready to solve the challenging issues facing our customers. Our repairs are designed to meet "like new" product specifications.

In addition to our extensive machining capabilities B&E has incorporated many secondary processes to our in-house procedures to include: induction brazing, stress relief, air & fluid pressure testing (up to 10,000 psig), flow testing, power flushing, lead seal replacement and non-destructive testing (MPI/FPI).

Our current portfolio consists of over 300 individually designed and approved repair procedures. Our engineering staff and in-house DER will custom design repairs to meet the specific needs of your organization.
