B&E Aircraft Component Repair is an FAA
approved, 145 repair station which utilizes our core competencies
(Machining & Engineering) to provide repair capability to the
aerospace industry. DER repairs are developed using industry accessible
data and customer supplied information to include: discrepancy reports,
operating characteristics, technical specifications and part samples.
In addition, B&E utilizes independent sources for services such
as metallurgical analysis and testing to aid in the reverse engineering
and/or repair development process.
Successful repair development begins with experienced
personnel, quality equipment and a true understand of the customers
needs. B&E currently maintains three Designated Engineering
Representatives (DER's), repair development engineers, FAA approved
repairman and a licensed A&P mechanic. These professionals will
work directly with your purchasing, engineering and operations staff
to ensure all requirements are completed to your satisfaction.
